Job summary

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using modern digital tools. You will engage CFOs and HR/payroll admins across a range of companies and build a book of business with autonomy and strong training.

You will have daily goals around dials and appointments, with uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced tech company environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn new tools quickly and leverage insights to assist clients.
• Proactive, upbeat, and professional communication.
• College degree is not required; relevant sales experience acceptable.
• Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business by closing sales and reaching targets within your geography.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by targeting decision-makers and business owners.
• Deepen relationships within existing accounts and cross-sell ADP solutions.
