Job summary

ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Associate to sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using the latest digital tools. You will partner with CFOs, HR and payroll admins across a range of company sizes, building your book of business with entrepreneurial drive and the company’s renowned sales training.

Expect daily goals for dials and appointments, with autonomy and a flexible schedule that supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Military experience—teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building and a never-lose mentality.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and use real-time data in the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by closing sales and hitting targets within your geography.
• Convert prospects into loyal clients through targeted outreach to decision-makers.
• Expand relationships within existing accounts by selling cloud-based HR solutions.
• Collaborate with internal partners and ADP network while maintaining high ethical standards.
