Job summary

ADP in New Jersey is hiring a Digital Sales Associate to sell ADP solutions including payroll, tax, HR, and benefits to new and existing clients using digital tools. You will act as a consultative partner to CFOs, HR and payroll admins, and business owners, building a book of business with autonomy and strong training support.

Expect daily goals around dials, talk time, and appointments. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, uncapped commissions, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• A college degree is great but not required; the right skills matter more.
• Military experience—teamwork, resilience, negotiation and trust-building can help.
