ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Associate who will sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits to new and existing clients using the latest digital tools. You will engage CFOs, HR and payroll admins across businesses from Fortune 100 to small firms, serving as a consultative partner and building your own book of business.

Qualifications

Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
Military experience — teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building.
Ability to learn new tools and leverage real-time data in selling.
Entrepreneurial spirit with consultative selling mindset.

Responsibilities

Close sales and achieve goals by selling ADP solutions to new and existing clients.
Build a network and capture new business from decision-makers and business owners.
