This Digital Producer / Project Manager will lead day-to-day digital production across Web Production, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing Articles, serving as the operational bridge between internal teams and external partners to ensure

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital production, project management, or a related role.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple digital workstreams and deadlines.
• Experience managing projects from brief and creative development through handoff, QA, and launch.
• Proactive and resourceful—spot potential roadblocks, ask the right questions, and keep projects moving.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the marketing team to draft Content Requirement Documents (CRDs) and prep design files in Figma.
• Collect and consolidate marketing stakeholder feedback during both design and development phases.
• Coordinate with a copywriter on initial drafts and revisions.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to integrate target keywords and page metadata into development specs.
• Lead handoffs with engineering, sharing all project details, Figma files, copy documents, and web-optimized image assets.
• Review staging links, test deliverables against requirements, log QA bugs, and track remediation.
