Job summary

Codeword, a remote-first communication agency, seeks a Strategic Communications & Website Manager to lead day-to-day digital production on the Hub website and community one-pagers. You will bridge the Brand & Creative studio with CDMs and agency partners to ensure campaigns and updates launch smoothly and on schedule.

You will coordinate content, oversee the Wagtail CMS, manage stakeholder feedback, and drive cross-functional collaboration with leadership and designers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, digital production, communications, or a related role.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for managing complex projects and competing priorities.
• A proactive problem solver who can navigate ambiguity, anticipate risks, and keep projects moving.
• A strong communicator who can confidently coordinate across leadership, creative teams, Community Development Managers, and external partners.
• Comfortable managing external agency relationships and holding vendors accountable to timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for developing and launching our client's internal Hub website.
• Review and manage all content that is provided to live on Hub.
• Use Wagtail CMS tool to upload content into the CMS.
• Collect and consolidate stakeholder feedback (during both design and development phases).
• Coordinate with leadership, copywriters and designers on drafts and revisions.
• Review staging links, test deliverables against requirements, log QA bugs, and track remediation through internal ticketing system.
