Job summary

Codeword is a remote-first agency hiring a Digital Producer / Project Manager to lead day-to-day digital production across Web, Email, and Content Marketing. You’ll bridge internal teams with external agencies, ensuring campaigns and site updates launch on time and to spec.

You’ll manage briefs, drafts, and feedback, coordinating with copywriters and SEO, while shipping weekly status reports and a master CMS copy document. This is a contractor role through May 2027.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital production, project management, or a related role.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Experience managing projects from brief through launch with QA handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day digital production across Web Production, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing Articles.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and on schedule.
• Draft requirements, prep design files, and consolidate stakeholder feedback.
• Track progress, review proofs, and manage handoffs with offshore engineering and design teams.
• Write weekly status reports and maintain master website copy documentation.
• Solve blockers, push for needed inputs, and keep projects moving forward.
