Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of capital equipment sales into clinical or research environments.
• 2+ years of digital pathology industry experience preferred.
• Proven technical writing skills; able to work with minimal direction in lab or hospital settings.
• Up to 75% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual product sales goals for the territory.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet performance targets.
• Interpret customer requirements and link them to product functionality.
• Manage DP product portfolio to hit quarterly goals.
• Coordinate product demos, installs, and customer training with Field Apps.
• Support commercialization with Marketing for new products and software launches.
• Own the sales process from lead to close with other salespeople.
• Report and track opportunities and customer data in SFDC.
• Stay informed on IHC and digital pathology opportunities and regulations.
