Job summary

Envista's Ormco division is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to accelerate adoption of our digital orthodontic products. This field-based role trains doctors and staff, assesses practice readiness, develops implementation plans, and guides early case submissions while coordinating with Field Representatives and Clinical Education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in orthodontics, dentistry, medical devices, clinical training, customer implementation, customer success, or a related field.
• Experience training, coaching, or supporting clinicians and practice teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead readiness assessments and develop implementation plans with milestones.
• Deliver field-based training on digital orthodontic products and workflows.
• Support initial case submissions and early product utilization.
• Provide first-line guidance on product and workflow issues and coordinate escalation when needed.
• Collaborate with field representatives and internal teams to align implementation with account plans.
