Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation seeks a Digital Solutions Specialist to accelerate adoption of Ormco's digital orthodontic products. This field-based role partners with doctors, practice teams, and internal stakeholders to move customers from commitment to activated, consistent product utilization.

The specialist delivers product training, initial case support, and ongoing guidance, translating complex information into actionable workflows and ensuring readiness for continued use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years in orthodontics, dentistry, medical devices, clinical training, customer implementation, or related field.
• Experience training, coaching, or supporting clinicians and practice teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical, product, and workflow information.
• Experience managing multiple customer implementations and training engagements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial team to receive qualified customer handoffs after commitment to implement a product or solution.
• Conduct structured practice-readiness assessments of workflows, staffing, and barriers.
• Develop customer-specific implementation plans with milestones and success measures.
• Deliver field-based training and ongoing implementation support for digital orthodontic products.
• Translate complex information into clear, practical workflows and adapt training to customer needs.
• Provide hands-on coaching during early implementation and monitor progress against milestones.
• Document implementation plans and track activities in the CRM system.
• Travel across assigned geography to support field activities and customer adoption.
