Ormco, part of Envista, is seeking a Digital Solutions Specialist to accelerate adoption of digital orthodontic workflows. You will partner with doctors and teams, design implementation plans, deliver hands-on training, and support early product use to drive confident, repeatable utilization.

The role emphasizes readiness assessments, clear milestones, and close collaboration with Clinical Education, Customer Support, and Sales while not owning the primary account relationship.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in orthodontics, dentistry, medical devices, or customer implementation/training.
• Experience training clinicians and practice teams in a customer-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Assess practice readiness and develop implementation plans with milestones.
• Deliver field-based training on digital orthodontic products and workflows.
• Support initial case submissions and early adoption of Ormco solutions.
• Coordinate handoffs to Clinical Success and Support teams.
