Job summary

Melon Local is seeking a Digital Marketing Client Success Manager to nurture client relationships and drive marketing results from Las Vegas HQ. You will oversee budgets and KPIs, communicate insights, and identify opportunities to upsell services to insurance clients across the US.

Success depends on two years in account management or customer service, digital marketing expertise, and teamwork. The role offers base pay with bonuses, and work-from-home days in a nationwide scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, communications or related field.
• 2 years of experience minimum in an account manager or customer service role is required.
• Experience with internet leads or any internet lead generation is a major plus.
• Experience within insurance industry is a major plus.
• Experience or familiarity with a marketing agency or digital marketing overall is a must.
• Experience working with web development and SEO is a major plus.
• Adept at working within a team of different people.
• Organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• An effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Persuasive, able to sell work and ideas, and respond positively to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly calls with each of your clients where you review budgets, KPIs and overall results
• Manage the client relationship through effective communication, problem-solving, and responding to requests
• Maintain (and post for team) accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions
• Ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these
• Identify ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities
• Keep the team and the client up to date with useful knowledge
• Ability to lift at least 15 lbs
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
