CGI Digital in Oregon is seeking a Client Success Manager to be the strategic liaison for a portfolio of small business clients. You will translate analytics into actionable steps, guide clients through local SEO strategies, and nurture consultative relationships that drive growth.

The role emphasizes turning insights into action, partnering with the Account Executive and Digital Media team to ensure clients are supported and informed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in agency, account management, or client-facing digital marketing.
• Experience working directly with small or local businesses.
• Understanding of local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and search fundamentals.
• Confidence explaining performance metrics and optimization opportunities in simple terms.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• A genuine desire to make a difference for every client you serve.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000
• Compensation Band: $50,000 - $75,000
• Bonus Opportunities : Performance-based bonuses, renewal, upsell and quarterly bonuses,
