Job summary

Melon Local in Las Vegas is seeking a Digital Marketing Client Success Manager who understands Google Ads, LSAs, SEO, and local business marketing—and loves building long-term client relationships.

As the face of Melon Local to your client roster, you will schedule monthly calls, review budgets and KPIs, propose improvements, and help upsell services. Competitive pay starts at $55,000, with KPI-based advancement, bonuses, and commissions.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum in an account manager or customer service role.
• Bachelor's in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
• Internet leads or internet lead generation experience a major plus.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a major plus.
• Experience in a marketing agency or digital marketing is a must.
• Experience with web development and SEO is a major plus.
• Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly calls with clients to review budgets, KPIs and results.
• Manage client relationships through communication and problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate records of meetings and decisions.
• Ensure deadlines and budgets are met and approved changes.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts.
• Keep the team and clients up to date with knowledge.
• Ability to lift at least 15 lbs.
• Ability to sit for long periods.
