Job summary

CGI Digital is seeking a Client Success Manager to serve as the main liaison for a portfolio of small business clients. You’ll transform data and insights into practical actions that help client growth and retention.

You will build trusted relationships, translate performance metrics into strategic recommendations, and collaborate with the Account Executive and Digital Media teams to ensure clients feel supported and informed as they pursue local SEO and visibility goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in agency or client-facing digital marketing.
• Experience with SMB clients.
• Understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profiles.
• Able to explain performance metrics in simple terms.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong communication.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small business clients
• Build meaningful, consultative relationships rooted in trust
• Translate analytics and performance insights into clear, actionable next steps
• Guide clients through SEO and search visibility strategies that drive growth
• Identify opportunities to expand solutions that genuinely help their business
• Partner with your Account Executive and Digital Media team to ensure clients feel supported and informed

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in agency, account management, or client-facing digital marketing
• Experience working directly with small or local businesses
• Understanding of local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and search fundamentals
• Confidence explaining performance metrics and optimization opportunities in simple terms
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• A genuine desire to make a difference for every client you serve

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
• Compensation Band: $50,000 - $75,000
• Bonus Opportunities: Performance-based bonuses, renewal, upsell and quarterly bonuses,
