The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to support multiple business units remotely from the United States.

This hands-on role focuses on executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across paid media, SEO, website updates, social media, email marketing, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will be independent, data-driven, and able to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing across paid media, SEO, email and social.
• Ability to launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with web analytics, reporting and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with CMS (preferably AEM) and email platforms (Marketo).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and independent execution.

Responsabilités

• Execute and optimize paid search, paid social and other digital campaigns.
• Launch campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads and manage budgets.
• Support SEO initiatives and content optimization with performance monitoring.
• Implement website updates using a CMS such as AEM.
• Schedule organic social content and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Build dashboards and report marketing performance to stakeholders.
