Job summary

Spire is seeking a virtual marketing manager to partner with the advertising team to implement, display, and optimize campaigns across digital channels. You will optimize a modern virtual marketing strategy that differentiates our brands, drives sales, and increases customer loyalty.

You will analyze campaign performance, talk to stakeholders, and drive data-informed decisions to improve ROI and retention in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven results in paid performance and digital advertising.
• Experience growing, managing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns on Amazon (3P).
• Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of online retail marketing KPIs and optimization.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Willingness to test and adopt new tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize digital advertising campaigns, focusing on Amazon and Google.
• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns to drive sales and customer loyalty.
• Own, analyze, and communicate campaign and sales data to drive insights.
• Identify new opportunities, tools, and techniques to engage customers.
• Monitor and improve strategies through tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• Serve as the in-house expert on marketing analytics for the organization.
