Randjsc is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support planning, execution, and reporting of digital campaigns across a diverse client portfolio in New Jersey. The role combines creative content tasks with data-driven optimization, enabling you to contribute to visibility and performance improvements.

You will work closely with senior account leads, handling paid media, content development for websites and emails, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in digital marketing and analytics.
• Familiarity with paid media platforms is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across paid media channels.
• Analyze performance data and prepare client-friendly reports using GA4 and platform data.
• Create and optimize owned content supporting AI-powered search and visibility.
• Coordinate assets with account teams and ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
