Studio McGee, Inc. is seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media, affiliate programs, and direct mail. This role offers remote or hybrid work options with a base in Draper, UT.

You will drive cross-channel strategies and ROI across search, social, and programmatic channels. You will oversee external agencies, partner with brand and creative teams, and optimize performance using data-driven insights. Sr.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in paid media management, SEM, and/or SEO roles.
• Experience budgeting across multiple paid channels, including affiliate programs.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ROI focus.
• Collaborative marketer able to work across brand, creative, and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media strategy across search, social, display with measurable outcomes.
• Direct external agency to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns.
• Oversee SEO strategy and SEM execution with agency.
• Coordinate multi-channel campaigns with website, lifecycle, and retention teams.
• Manage affiliate program recruitment, activation, and performance.
• Monitor budgets, forecast spend, track financial performance.
• Build reporting with GA4, Looker, Tableau.
