Matlen Silver seeks a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to support multiple business units in a dynamic marketing org. This hands-on contributor role executes and optimizes campaigns across paid media, SEO, website updates, social media, email marketing, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate steps in quickly, works independently, and personally executes campaigns while coordinating with cross-functional teams. This is not a people-management role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid media, SEM, and SEO.
• Demonstrated experience launching and optimizing campaigns personally.
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, paid social, or comparable platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics/GA4, Adobe Analytics, or comparable platforms.
• Experience with SEO tools such as BrightEdge, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or comparable tools.
• Experience with content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Marketo.
• Experience with social media management platforms, e.g., Hootsuite.
• Strong ability to build performance reports and analyze data.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across teams.

Responsabilités

• Execute and optimize paid search, paid social, and other digital media campaigns.
• Launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Support SEO initiatives including keyword optimization and content optimization.
• Support website updates using a CMS such as Adobe Experience Manager.
• Schedule and manage organic social media content.
• Support email marketing execution, including campaign setup and tracking.
• Build and maintain digital marketing reports and dashboards.
• Analyze campaign, website, and marketing data to inform improvements.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities across communications, marketing, commercial, and IT teams.
• Troubleshoot website-related issues and manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail.
