The position requires strong English communication, proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, and a track record of remote collaboration. A reliable home office setup is essential for daily client support.

Qualifications

• Experience managing performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Foundational SEO knowledge and social media management practices.
• Strong English communication for US-based clients and teams.
• Experience supporting digital marketing teams in a remote environment.
• Reliable remote home office setup for daily client support.
• Proficiency with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads search campaigns.
• Launch and monitor paid social campaigns on Meta Ads.
• Implement SEO strategies and ongoing site optimization.
• Manage social channels and schedule posts.
• Build and maintain marketing automation systems.
• Collaborate with teams to execute client campaigns and scale delivery.
• Acquire leads for local small businesses (plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, legal).
