Qualifications

• GCSE English & Maths at minimum level; ability to deliver constructive feedback.
• Experience with IT systems and reviewing data.
• Customer service experience desirable.
• Remote working experience desirable.
• Awareness of equality, diversity and inclusion and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Programme Launch sessions and provide Day 1 feedback.
• Support learners with timely feedback, query resolution, and guidance.
• Be available on Zendesk online chat during working hours.
• Deliver cohort-wide online support using technology effectively and safely.
• Engage with learners and employers to track progress and support development.
• Enable learners to navigate the virtual learning environment.
• Provide inspiring support and guidance; diagnose learner improvement areas.
• Maintain proactive online communication to validate requirements.
