Job summary

QA Ltd is seeking a Degree Apprenticeship Project Supervisor Team Leader to lead and coordinate project supervision across Degree Apprenticeship programmes. This 12-month FTC is Home Based, with a remit to deliver high-quality supervision experiences for apprentices and employers while ensuring programme outcomes.

The role provides operational leadership for the Project Supervisor team, oversees governance, quality assurance, and reporting, and collaborates with Delivery managers and academic

Qualifications

• Post grad qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant project management experience.
• Experience leading or managing teams.
• Experience in apprenticeships, higher education or professional learning environments.
• Experience of quality assurance and performance management.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support a team of Degree Apprenticeship Project Supervisors.
• Allocate caseloads and monitor team capacity; conduct reviews and development activities.
• Develop and maintain project supervision standards and processes.
• Monitor quality, compliance and apprenticeship outcomes.
• Analyse performance data and produce reports for senior leaders.
• Engage stakeholders and collaborate with Delivery managers and academic teams.
