Qualifications

• Experience working in an office environment or customer service role.
• Ability to meet high accuracy while working to deadlines.
• Experience in Apprenticeships or Education is desired.

Responsibilities

• Guide apprentices through the onboarding process from application to start date.
• Conduct enrolment calls with learners and employers.
• Ensure timely completion of all required documentation.
