Job summary
QA Ltd is seeking a Digital Learning Advisor to support apprentices and guide their learning journey. The role is predominantly home-based with occasional travel to QA offices and requires delivering sessions and maintaining KPI-driven performance.
You will engage learners and employers, provide timely feedback via Zendesk, and contribute to the Digital Learning Team through CPD and data review. English & Maths GCSE are required.
Qualifications
- GCSE English & Maths (A*-C / 9-4)
- Experience using IT systems and reviewing data
- Customer service experience desirable
- Experience working remotely desirable
- Awareness of equality, diversity and inclusion; safeguarding and health & safety knowledge
Responsibilities
- Deliver Programme Launch sessions and provide Day 1 feedback assessing submissions
- Support learners with timely feedback, queries and guidance with Digital Learning Consultants
- Be available on Zendesk online chat during working hours and respond promptly to learner queries
- Deliver cohort-wide online support using technology effectively and safely
- Engage with learners and employers to track progress and support development
- Enable learners to navigate and leverage the virtual learning environment
- Deliver impactful and inspiring support and guidance
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports and KPIs, and assist with projects including attendance at face-to-face meetings (travel expenses covered)
