Job summary

Well Associates Limited is seeking a Learning Coach to onboard, coach and assess apprenticeship learners in a remote delivery setup. You will deliver apprenticeship standards and guide learners to achieve distinctions where possible, while managing a funded caseload.

You will maintain records and ensure documentation, conduct quarterly employer reviews, participate in standardisation, contribute to QA processes, and maintain CPD of 30 hours per year.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, coach, train and assess apprentices to meet apprenticeship standards.
• Maintain a funded caseload and update learner progress in Smart Assessor.
• Ensure documentation is up to date and submitted on time to the Recruitment and Compliance Manager; manage off-the-job hours in systems.
