Job summary

QA Ltd is seeking a Compliance Assurance Specialist Apprenticeships for a fixed-term, home-based assignment. The role delivers expert assurance across apprenticeship delivery, ILR submissions, and funding claims to meet DfE/DWP requirements.

You will conduct risk-based reviews, validate ILR data, and produce assurance reports with findings and corrective actions for stakeholders. Advanced Excel and deep knowledge of funding rules are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of DfE/DWP Apprenticeship Funding Rules and compliance requirements.
• Deep understanding of ILR data fields and funding evidence needs.
• Advanced Excel skills for data interrogation and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based compliance reviews across apprenticeship programmes with detailed findings and recommendations.
• Verify compliance with DfE/DWP Funding Rules and contractual obligations.
• Identify funding risks and process weaknesses, proposing corrective actions.
