Job summary

WEX Inc. is seeking an Account Services Manager 2 to drive partner success as the main liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
2–3+ years in an account manager or equivalent service delivery role preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills with data reporting and trend analysis experience.
Proven project management capabilities leading cross-functional teams and timelines.
Ability to investigate and resolve complex technical, product, and billing discrepancies.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to support clients during major issues and occasional after-hours work.
Occasional travel may be required.
Experience with process improvements (Lean, Six Sigma) or interest in AI-driven optimization.
Familiarity with Salesforce, BA/BO reporting tools, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison for a portfolio of partners and merchants to maximize relationships.
Investigate and resolve complex operational issues across product, billing, and reporting.
Lead cross-functional projects to deliver client initiatives on time and within scope.
Generate and oversee reports on settlement, tax, and performance metrics; analyze data to identify trends.
