Job summary

Click Here Digital is seeking a Business Development Executive in Baton Rouge, LA, with remote status. You will drive revenue growth by partnering with SMBs to deliver digital marketing solutions, acting as a trusted advisor, and focusing on long-term client success.

This role requires 5+ years of sales/marketing experience, strong digital marketing knowledge, and excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Travel to client locations and events is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in sales, marketing, or advertising (digital, radio, television, or print).
• Strong understanding of today’s digital marketing landscape and consumer engagement trends.
• Demonstrated experience delivering in-person and virtual sales presentations using tablet-based tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
• Excellent time-management, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand client goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Effectively present and explain complex digital marketing concepts in a clear, compelling, and value-driven manner.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and regular activity updates.
• Collaborate closely with internal strategy, analytics, and execution teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Utilize modern sales tools and presentations to deliver impactful, professional pitches.
• Travel to client locations and industry events as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall sales and organizational objectives.
