Forward Blue is seeking a Digital Fundraising Associate to manage day-to-day production of email and SMS fundraising campaigns. You will build and QA sends, manage segments, draft copy, and pull performance data to show what works. The role offers real responsibility from week one in a small, fast-moving team.

This cycle position can become permanent, with an estimated end date of November 30, 2028, and is 100% remote across the United States.

Qualifikationen

• At least one cycle (or about a year) on a digital team in campaigns, PACs, or related groups.
• Hands-on experience building or QA'ing sends in an email platform or CRM.
• Clear writing with attention to detail and ability to catch errors.

Aufgaben

• Build and QA email/SMS sends end-to-end, including content, links, forms, and sender details.
• Set up audience segments, suppression rules, and send schedules per plan.
• Draft and edit fundraising emails and SMS in the house voice, with feedback.
• Track metrics, run A/B tests, and report results weekly.
