Job summary

Forward Blue seeks a Senior Digital Strategist to own the day-to-day production of our fundraising program. You will write and edit copy for fundraising emails and SMS, build audience segments, and manage testing and QA tasks across our platforms. The role is remote and open to candidates nationwide in the United States.

You will collaborate with vendors, monitor performance, and contribute to weekly revenue reporting while shaping our digital fundraising strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years on the email or SMS team of a campaign, PAC, advocacy group, or digital firm.
• Hands-on build experience in at least one mass email platform or CRM.
• Track record of designing AB tests and acting on results.
• Fast, clean fundraising copy and strong editing discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day production of the fundraising program from idea to inbox.
• Write/edit copy, build segments, set up tests, QA every send, report outcomes.
• Plan, run and optimize A/B tests, and turn results into copy/targeting changes.
• Monitor deliverability, reporting, and collaboration with consultants.
