Forward Blue is seeking a Digital Fundraising Associate to manage day-to-day production of our email and SMS fundraising program. You’ll build and QA sends, manage segments, draft copy, and pull performance metrics with real responsibility from week one.

This cycle role runs through 2028 with potential to become permanent. 100% remote within the United States, with some nights/weekends during peak moments and deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• At least one cycle (or about a year) on a digital team on a campaign, PAC, advocacy group, or digital firm.
• Hands-on experience building or QA’ing sends in at least one email platform or CRM.
• Clean, careful writing with a habit of catching errors before sending.
• Comfort with spreadsheets for sorting, filtering, and simple summaries.

Aufgaben

• Build and QA email and SMS sends end-to-end including content, links, forms, and codes.
• Run a QA checklist on every send focusing on accuracy and targeting.
• Set up and monitor A/B tests on subject lines, senders, and times and report results.
• Track deliverability, engagement, and pull weekly/campaign-level performance reports.
• Coordinate with consultants and vendors on paid list growth and outsourced fundraising.
