Bluebird Technologies seeks an Associate Digital Fundraising Producer to help build and optimize SMS campaigns powering Democratic fundraising and civic engagement. This entry-level role emphasizes curiosity, data comfort, and a drive to learn the mechanics of digital campaigning from a fast-growing political tech company.

You’ll learn to run campaigns, monitor performance, and generate client-facing summaries while developing practical skills in messaging, targeting, and campaign analytics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets or Excel) and data organization.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort learning new software platforms and tools quickly.
• Clear written communication for client-facing summaries and internal updates.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and deploy SMS campaigns (P2P and broadcast) on the Bluebird platform.
• Monitor real-time campaign performance and surface insights.
• Run A/B tests and analyze results to guide scaling.
• Create and manage shortlinks; verify redirects and proofread scripts.
• Coordinate client send calendars with project managers and adjust based on data.
• Communicate fundraising results through concise performance summaries.
• Explore new features to drive innovation.
