Zusammenfassung

Forward Blue, a grassroots-funded progressive PAC, is seeking a Senior Digital Strategist to own day-to-day fundraising production. You will craft and edit copy, build audience segments, and manage end-to-end sends across email and SMS platforms.

You will run A/B tests, monitor deliverability, produce weekly reports, and collaborate with vendors on growth initiatives. This is a cycle role with potential for permanency, with a stated end date in 2028.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years on the email or SMS team of a campaign, PAC, advocacy group, or digital firm, with direct responsibility for small-dollar fundraising sends.
• Hands-on build experience in at least one mass email platform or CRM (ActionKit, NGP/EveryAction, Action Network, Switchboard, or similar).
• A track record of designing A/B tests, reading results correctly, and acting on them.
• Fast, clean fundraising copy, plus the editing and proofreading discipline to catch errors in other people's drafts.
• Comfort with spreadsheets for pulling, cleaning, and summarizing send and revenue data.

Aufgaben

• Write, edit, and QA fundraising emails and SMS in our house voice.
• Build end-to-end sends in our platforms with content, links, forms, sender details, and scheduling.
• Maintain audience segments, suppressions, and send rules for targeted messaging.
• Run QA checklists and fix issues on every send.
• Plan and run A/B tests on subject lines, senders, asks, formats, and send times and implement winners.
• Maintain testing logs and translate results into actionable copy/ targeting changes.
• Monitor deliverability, inbox placement, and engagement; manage onboarding, reactivation, and sunset streams.
• Produce weekly and campaign-level reports on revenue, list growth, and engagement.
• Collaborate with consultants and vendors on paid list growth, ads, and outsourced fundraising.
• Be available for rapid response, including some nights and weekends when news breaks or deadlines hit.
