Job summary

Forward Blue is a grassroots-funded progressive PAC hiring for a hands-on email and SMS fundraising role. You will run the day-to-day production of our outreach and ensure timely, accurate sends.

You will build, QA, test, and report on sends from week one, manage segments and A/B tests, track deliverability and revenue weekly. This is 100% remote within the U.S. with employer-paid medical, dental and vision benefits, plus PTO and a home office stipend.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with an email platform and campaigns.
• Experience with email and SMS fundraising campaigns.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day production of the email and SMS fundraising program.
• Build, QA, test, and report on sends with real responsibility from week one.
• Manage segments, suppressions, and A/B tests across email and SMS.
• Track deliverability, engagement, and revenue metrics weekly.
