EY is seeking a Manager in the Service Delivery Center to balance hands-on software engineering with project leadership. You will guide multidisciplinary teams through design, development, testing, deployment, and production support, while staying close to code and technical decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of technology software development experience, including leadership of delivery workstreams.
• Hands-on coding with Java and Spring Boot; development of microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Angular or React and guiding full‑stack decisions.
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end software delivery across planning, design, development, testing, release, and production support.
• Remain hands-on with coding, reviews, troubleshooting, and complex engineering issues.
• Guide solution design using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices and UI frameworks.
• Plan and manage Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness.
• Coordinate work across geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers through coaching, reviews, and career development.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps, security, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into delivery plans.
• Monitor scope, schedule, quality, risks, and delivery metrics; elevate impediments with actions.
• Promote secure development, automated testing, CI/CD, observability and operational readiness.
• Support event-driven and data-processing solutions using Kafka, Hadoop, Spark or Flink.
