Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of technology software development experience with leadership in delivery workstreams.
• Hands-on coding with Java and Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with a modern UI framework (Angular or React) and full-stack decisions.
• Experience with a major cloud platform and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software delivery across planning, design, development, testing, release, and production support.
• Remain hands-on with coding, reviews, and debugging of complex issues.
• Guide solution design using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, and UI frameworks.
• Plan and manage Agile delivery including backlog grooming, sprints, estimation, and releases.
• Coordinate delivery across distributed teams and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Mentor engineers, perform design reviews, and uphold code quality gates.
• Partner with product owners, architects, DevOps, security, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into plans.
• Monitor scope, schedule, quality, risks, and delivery metrics; escalate impediments with actions.
• Promote secure development, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability across lifecycle.
