Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Service Delivery Center to lead end-to-end software delivery while staying hands-on with code. You will guide multidisciplinary teams across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support, coordinating with client stakeholders and architects.

You will mentor engineers, drive Agile delivery, and ensure secure, scalable enterprise applications on cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/ENG/IS or related field.
• 6+ years of technology software development experience.
• Hands-on Java and Spring Boot experience.
• Experience with Angular or React and cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software delivery across planning, design, development, testing, release, and production support.
• Remain hands-on with coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical reviews.
• Guide solution design using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Plan and manage Agile delivery, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
• Coordinate work across geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering practices improvements.
