Job summary

WellDyne is seeking a Global Delivery Manager to drive day-to-day execution across its Product Engineering organization, translating priorities into commitments and managing capacity across onshore and offshore teams. You will lead autonomous, high-performing teams, remove blockers, and improve delivery health from planning to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in software or product engineering delivery, including leading global or distributed teams.
• Experience translating product and engineering priorities into predictable execution across multiple teams, products, or value streams.
• Experience with capacity planning, backlog management, delivery commitments, engineering metrics, release readiness, and production quality.
• Experience leading vendors or offshore delivery partners and working across time zones, cultures, and organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Execution Leadership: Convert Product and engineering priorities into sequenced delivery commitments, operating plans, and follow-through across global product engineering teams.
• Capacity and Backlog Planning: Forecast capacity, balance demand across onshore and offshore teams, and make trade-offs visible before commitments.
• Engineering Flow and Metrics: Establish flow measures and use metrics to improve predictability and customer outcomes.
• AI-Assisted and AI-First SDLC Adoption: Set expectations for AI usage while preserving engineering judgment and accountability.
• Quality and Release Readiness: Drive CI/CD adoption, automated quality, security, and change-control gates; coordinate release readiness.
• Dependency, Blocker, and Risk Management: Surface cross-team dependencies and drive timely resolution.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Align execution with Product Owners, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Client Services.
• Vendor and Global Delivery Management: Manage vendors and offshore partners across time zones and cultures.
• Regulated Healthcare Delivery: Embed HIPAA, privacy, and change-control expectations into planning and delivery.
• Team Leadership and Coaching: Coach leads and engineers to build autonomous, high-performing teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive regular inspection and durable improvements.
