You will own client engagements from discovery through launch, guiding architecture and integrations from NYC to national scope.

Qualifications

• 5 to 15 years of software engineering delivering end-to-end production systems.
• Experience designing complete architectures and creating architecture diagrams.
• Healthcare or life sciences expertise including HIPAA compliance.
• Experience owning client technical delivery from scoping to post-launch with strong communication.
• Fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, React, and experience with AWS or GCP.
• Experience building data pipelines and ML models; familiarity with LLM systems or AI agents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own client engagements from pre-sales through architecture, integration, and post-launch support.
• Design and build production AI agent systems interfacing with EHRs, claims systems, and CRMs, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Lead technical working sessions and present solutions to executives and technical stakeholders.
• Make architecture decisions, scope integrations, and resolve client challenges.
• Share deployment learnings with product teams and develop reusable components for future implementations.
