Job summary
Devoted Health is seeking a proactive Manager, AI & Workflow Operations to lead the setup and ongoing operations of our DMG. You will partner with the Arizona Medical Director and cross-functional leadership to create scalable care delivery, blending home-based visits with virtual care and intelligent workflow design.
You will shape back-office infrastructure, staff onboarding, and performance tracking while advancing care quality and patient experience.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience building or operating a medical group.
- Experience running a home-based practice or risk-bearing primary care program is highly desired.
- Understanding of managed care, Stars/HEDIS measures, and care-gap identification.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to build the clinical infrastructure in Yavapai County.
- Ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently across the DMG.
- Help hire, train, onboard, and manage DMG staff in the region.
- Design and implement daily workflows, scheduling, logistics, and back-office systems.
- Analyze clinical, financial, and operational performance for continuous improvement.
- Explore scaling to additional markets and optimize member satisfaction.
