Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Customer Success, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Operations within SaaS.
• Owned or significantly contributed to lifecycle or digital customer programs with measurable impact.
• Write clear, engaging customer-facing communications and adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Interpret customer/product usage data and turn insights into campaign improvements.
• Collaborate across CS, Product, Marketing, Data, Operations, and Content.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and optimize digital customer journeys across onboarding, activation, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• Develop targeted campaigns moving customers from trial to adoption and value realization.
• Draft and optimize customer-facing email campaigns linked to education resources.
• Monitor campaign metrics (engagement, activation, retention) and run cohort analyses.
• Partner with analytics to support dashboards and reporting and drive data-driven decisions.
