Job summary

PDQ is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to own onboarding, expansion, and renewal programs across our product suite. You will collaborate with email, content, and product marketing to craft targeted campaigns and drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.

You will independently develop, implement, and optimize programs, host events with sales and product experts, and analyze data to inform decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years of marketing experience.
Experience driving customer marketing programs across onboarding, expansion, and renewal.
Strong knowledge of customer marketing principles and tools.

Responsibilities

Independently develop, implement, and optimize customer marketing programs (onboarding, cross-sell, renewal) under senior leadership guidance.
Partner with email, content, and product marketing to deploy targeted campaigns.
Facilitate and host customer marketing events with sales and product teams.
Report program performance to leadership with KPI insights.
Build and present KPI reports on supporting metrics regularly.
Experiment with new customer marketing opportunities based on research.
Collaborate with broader marketing for go-to-market launches and comms.
