AO is seeking motivated Digital Benefits Support Specialists for a 100% remote role reserved for U.S. residents. You will help clients understand supplemental benefits, guide them through enrollment, and deliver exceptional customer service virtually.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Resolve questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
