Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be physically located within the United States.
• No prior insurance experience required.
• Must have a computer with reliable internet and access to Zoom/web-based tools.
• Willing and able to obtain Life & Health Insurance license; licensing guidance provided.
• Strong communication and active-listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with members through Zoom and phone appointments.
• Welcome new members and explain enrollment steps.
• Identify individual benefit needs and educate on options.
