Openkrill is seeking a Digital Support Specialist in the United States for a fully remote role within a growing fintech environment. You will assist consumer, small business, and commercial banking customers across phone, chat, and other digital channels, helping them navigate online banking and resolve account issues.

You will review applications, support onboarding, ensure KYC/CIP/BSA compliance, and work with a team to deliver accurate, secure solutions in a fast-paced contact center.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least two years in a financial institution or contact center.
• Knowledge of KYC, CIP, and BSA/AML is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to use multiple software systems.

Aufgaben

• Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and secure messaging with first-contact resolution.
• Assist with online and mobile banking access and password resets.
• Review retail and business banking applications per onboarding procedures.
• Identify potential fraud or operational risks and escalate as needed.
• Document customer interactions and use multiple systems to troubleshoot.
