Job summary

NYMBUS is seeking a Digital Support Specialist for a remote-first role serving both consumer and business banking customers. The position operates in a fast-paced contact center, handling calls, messages, and chats while delivering prompt, accurate, and professional service.

The role requires reviewing applications with attention to policy and regulatory compliance, providing one-touch resolution where possible, and supporting onboarding for retail and business clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a financial institution, call center, or customer service role.
• Experience supporting consumer and/or small business banking customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, secure messages, chats, and other communications from customers.
• Review and process customer applications submitted through onboarding platforms ensuring compliance with policies and SLAs.
• Assist small business and commercial customers with online/mobile banking access and basic inquiries.
• Perform account maintenance and servicing requests for personal and business accounts.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and maintain accuracy in documentation.
