Job summary

Magnifi Financial is seeking a Member Service Representative to consult with members by phone and digital channels, educate, recommend and offer products, and perform transactions accurately. This role may be remote for MN, WI, or ND residents with occasional on-site work.

Responsibilities include assisting with routine transactions, delivering a remarkable member experience, identifying products to meet needs, and handling inquiries via phone and digital channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or in progress; two-year degree preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists members with routine transactions.
• Creates a remarkable member experience by responding and providing resolutions to member requests with expertise.
• Consults with members to identify and recommend Magnifi Financial products based on financial need; makes referrals to appropriate departments.
• Responds and resolves member inquiries and requests over the telephone and through other electronic channels.
• Performs a wide range of account services including mobile deposit, phone banking and digital banking, card activation, transfers, and check orders.
• Acts as a liaison between members and other internal departments; collaborates to improve processes.
• Promotes and coaches the adoption of new digital solutions (mobile banking, digital banking).
• Participates in community relations efforts.
