The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, timely service, and a commitment to enhancing the member experience while supporting branch operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or working toward it required; two-year degree preferred.
• Customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Notary Public designation is optional for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with routine transactions and inquiries.
• Educate and recommend Magnifi Financial products and services.
• Maintain cash drawer and operate ATM including deposits.
