Qualifications

• Customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Notary Public designation optional.

Responsibilities

• Assists members with routine transactions.
• Delivers a remarkable member experience by responding to requests with expertise.
• Identifies member needs and recommends Magnifi Financial products/services; makes referrals.
• Maintains cash drawer, cash recycler, and day-to-day ATM operations.
• Supports mobile and digital banking setup and use.
• May perform branch opening/closing duties.
• Contributes to branch success and community relations.
